In my current position I do PBSA property management role of Resident Service Advisor, I serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. I offer guidance on housing policies, facilities, and services, and help resolve maintenance issues by directing residents to the appropriate personnel. My responsibilities also include managing resident records, maintenance requests, and relevant data, as well as coordinating mail distribution and key allocation. I support the implementation of housing policies and procedures, ensure safety and security, and organize community engagement events. My strong communication skills, experiences with KX software, and knowledge of sales and letting management contribute to my effectiveness in daily operations and collaboration with team members to ensure the seamless functioning of the residential environment.
